Plot - A romantic American Drama, Letters to Juliet is a movie of a girl named Sophie who wants to be a writer and travels to Verona, Italy where she meets the "Secretaries of Juliet".
At the point when a youthful American goes to the city of Verona, home of the star-crossed beau Juliet Capulet of Romeo and Juliet fame, she joins the volunteers or a group of people who writes back to the letters that has been written to Juliet. When Sophie answers one of the letter which dates back to 1957, the author of that note was so moved that they decided to come to Italy looking for her missing affection and sets off a chain of occasions that will bring love to both their lives, dissimilar to anything they ever envisioned.
